Batmail Privacy Policy

Batmail helps you work with Gmail using AI features you explicitly trigger inside your browser.

What we process

When you click an AI action, Batmail sends the relevant email content to our servers for that request only. We do not store raw email bodies after the request completes.

What we store

Account details (email, name, subscription)
Derived writing style profile
Contacts, tags, and snippets you create
AI usage counts for billing and limits

Permissions

The Chrome extension requests access to Gmail pages so it can show the Batmail sidebar and compose tools. It uses storage to keep your auth token locally.

Deletion

You can delete your account from the dashboard. This removes contacts, tags, snippets, and your writing profile from Batmail.
